Your profile
- Background in Marketing and Communication (BSc, MSc etc) or work experience in Marketing & Sales and related
- Previous relevant working experience (1/2 years min)
- Interpersonal and organization skills
- Work-smart rather than work-forever mentality (efficiency over long hours)
- Autonomous: get things done because you want to, not because your boss wants you to
- Entrepreneurial mentality: you aspire to be a founder one day
- English, Dutch being a plus
What will be your contribution
- You’ll be leading the Equidam Marketing team, thus being responsible for the coordination of the several marketing activities
- You’ll be in charge for achieving the company’s marketing and sales goals by managing the execution process and making sure milestones are achieved
- You’ll be in charge for the brand positioning and management of Equidam
- You’ll be in charge for tracking the execution phase and identify problems arising
- You’ll be collaborating with marketing and industry experts on the definition of marketing strategy
- You’ll be working directly with the founders on the website content and design
- You’ll have plenty of independence achieve company’s goals according to your instinct and gut
